GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

Jesse Allen has 10 years experience in the water restoration business. The majority of those years he has been a supervisor or manager on drying projects. His previous tenure with Commercial Drying Technologies, Inc. has exposed him to CAT projects. Thus, the coordination needed for a statewide catastrophe was an everyday happening for him and is key to the IRS team. He has managed drying crews all over the east coast and understands the value of customer service, “no matter what!” His relationship with the customers has made him a “problem solver” when it comes to moisture related problems for property managers and companies in the tri-state area. Jesse’s expertise in structural drying covers a wide range of buildings and situations. Through the years Jesse has dried small residential properties, to multi-million dollars homes, to high-rise commercial properties in Manhattan. Such experience has enabled him to creatively devise drying scopes to meet the needs of his clients. Jesse has also worked with Industrial Drying Equipment, Inc. in its early years and has a comprehensive understanding of the mechanics and technology of the large and portable desiccant drying equipment. His hands-on experience with the constant changing technology has provided him invaluable insight.

Some of the high profile drying projects Jesse has managed include Howard University, George Davidson University, Quebec University, Trenton Psychiatric, Home Depot, K-Mart, Washington D.C. Naval Base, The Marriott Financial Center and other state facilities at “Ground Zero” during the nation’s crisis.
