John Lewis General Manager, Restoration & Construction Divisions GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS John Lewis has over 20 years experience in the residential and commercial building field and over 13 years of experience in the restoration field. Lewis came to IRS as a Senior Estimator and is currently Manager of the Restoration and Construction Divisions. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of these two divisions, his duties including: assignment of losses to estimators; tracking restoration and construction projects as to profitability and quality control; estimating; project management for large-scale water and fire losses on residential, commercial industrial and institutional properties.
