Alan Goeltz is the founder of Insurance Restoration Specialists, Inc., (IRS), a company that has become a leader in the restoration industry in the super-competitive New York Metropolitan area. Mr. Goeltz relates the success of IRS to efforts to be innovative within the restoration industry.

IRS was the first company in the New York/New Jersey area to offer: pack- outs; environmental restoration for insurance companies; “one-stop- shopping” concept for cleaning, construction and environmental services; shrink wrap applications; contents replacement for insureds; staff Industrial Hygienist for mold remediation. Mr. Goeltz maintains an active involvement in Disaster Kleenup International, a networking membership or American and Canadian restoration companies, and has served in many capacities.
