GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
Thomas Licker has over 11 years of professional experience that includes
managing the investigation and remediation of industrial sites involving
hazardous materials and waste. He has been responsible for overseeing
the clean up of sites under RCRA, CERCLA, DOD, and DOE. Thomas has
worked for the Federal EPA Site assessment and Technical Assistance
Team as over-site for CERCLA and RCRA Corrective Actions. In addition to
these qualifications, he has been involved with major removal actions and
waste management services for industrial clients. Thomas has also helped
design remediation strategies for cost effective waste treatment and proper
disposal.
Additional project management responsibilities include
developing compliance/and or clean up cost, reviewing, interpreting and
summarizing laboratory data and field analytical results and technical report
development, interacting with agency case managers and clients regarding
the management and progress of assigned tasks.
Mr. Licker has also
designed and supervised the installation of production, and monitoring
wells, soil boring activities, and fate and transport analysis of contaminated
ground water.
Perform RCRA hazardous waste and TSCA classifications and removal
actions
Oversee RCRA hazardous waste treatment, transportation, and disposal
activities
Direct and supervise staff for event sampling plans and environmental
investigations in EPA Regions two and three
Intimate knowledge of qualified disposal sites and methods of treatment
and or disposal
Responsible for business development, scope of work development,
budgeting and supervision of field operations
Drilling and well installation in a variety of geological settings such and Karst and Fractured Sand Stone
Manage turn-key solutions to meet client objectives
