A recent fire in a New Jersey manufacturing facility spread oil and soot throughout its 30,000 sq ft warehouse, causing extensive damage to both building and contents and leaving hazardous material contamination behind. Soot residue, smoke odor, water, and damaged inventory and machinery halted operations. Insurance Restoration Specialists (IRS) responded with its Environmental and Restoration divisions to perform a hazmat cleanup, fire damage restoration and cleaning. The IRS teams were able to quickly return to the facility pre-loss condition and get operations back online.
